WOW! worst mail order/internet order experience of my life! I do not recommend that anyone ever order from Jerry's Artarama or ASW (Art Supply Warehouse), Jerry's sister company! I placed a large order on July 7 of this year. They did not ship the order complete even though their paperwork indicated that they did. I have be calling and emailing for weeks and they are non responsive. They have not completed the order and will not return my phone calls. Terrible customer service! I will never order from them again and recommend you don't as well. |
